Reflective & Integrative Coaching and Clinical Supervision

Building capacity for self-awareness, regulation, and holding space in complex work.

Coaching and supervision at M.C.E. Studios supports practitioners to build capacity for self-awareness, regulation, and holding space in complex work. M.C.E. Studios offer a grounded, reflective space for practitioners to think deeply about their work, respond to complexity, and sustain their practice over time.

Coaching and supervision sessions

Depending on your role, needs, and context, these sessions offer space to pause, reflect, and engage with the realities of therapeutic, case-management and professional practice. These sessions are for:

  • Social workers, therapists, and wellbeing practitioners

  • Educators, leaders, and professionals in complex or relational roles

  • Those working with trauma, stress, or high-demand environments

  • Practitioners seeking reflective, embodied, or integrative approaches

  • Individuals navigating growth, transition, or challenges in their role.

A grounded and integrative approach

This work is informed by a range of clinical and embodied practices, including:

  • EMDR-informed perspectives

  • Dance Movement Therapy and somatic approaches

  • Expressive and creative modalities

  • Trauma-informed and reflective practice frameworks

These perspectives are integrated into the process to support:

  • capacity for self-awareness in your work

  • regulation and nervous system awareness

  • the ability to hold space with clarity, stability, and care

  • reflective thinking in complex, relational, or high-demand contexts

A focus on compassion-based approaches supports practitioners and professionals to recognise the impact of the work and building sustainable ways of being in practice.

While these perspectives inform the process, this is not modality-specific supervision for EMDR or Dance Movement Therapy accreditation or credentialing. Work is offered as general clinical supervision and integrative coaching, with space to explore how different approaches may support and deepen your practice.

  • remain present in complexity

  • respond with clarity and care

  • notice and work with your own internal responses

  • sustain meaningful and ethical practice over time.
